How to setup an email account in Outlook 2016 / 2019

Here are the steps on how to set up and edit an email account in Outlook 2016:

To set up an email account:

  1. Open Outlook 2016.
  2. Click on the "File" tab.
  3. Click on the "Add Account" button.
  4. In the "Account Setup" window, select the type of email account you want to add.
  5. Enter your email address and password.
